We are adding a Coordinator, Operations Data to our CAO Implementation department. The person in this role ensures efforts are in alignment with the Claim Adjudication Operations (CAO) team to leverage technology and process improvement for the purpose of meeting the business needs of Navitus customers, clients, members, and pharmacies by accurately administering benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and managing data from Kanban boards, ensuring data accuracy, generating operational reports, assisting with the sizing of operational requests, and supporting various process improvement initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, with a primary focus on transforming their investment data for Juniper Square's application. Work directly with clients and become an expert in their product and diverse alternative private investment data. Gather and consolidate data from various sources and accurately map it to the Juniper Square model, often interpreting complex legal agreements and structures.
Drive the development of a tailored health data governance framework aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Play a critical role in bridging gaps between siloed systems, developing a data governance infrastructure, collaborating to create structured policies and procedures, and leading training initiatives to empower staff and foster a culture of data stewardship in data-driven decision-making.
